Free Printable :: Easter Card
One thousand words is a lot, people. I know that over the past week, I’ve been talking about starting a one-month challenge of writing 1,000 words a day for five days a week, but I’ve got to crawl before I’m ready to run a marathon. That’s why I’ve decided to ditch the 1,000 word requirement and simply commit to posting five days a week. After I get the posting thing down, I’ll revisit the word-count challenge. How does that sound?
Did you know Easter is right around the corner? Last year around this time, I reflected on the season of Lent and its absence in my life. I’ve done better about at least noticing that it’s Lent this year, but there’s still a long way to go. But I digress. My point in bringing up the impending arrival of Easter is to offer you a freebie, courtesy of Senojal Designs, my custom stationery business. Easter is a time for celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It’s a time of hope and renewal and all things new. This card features colorful butterflies flitting through the air. I know of no better symbol of transformation than a butterfly: the caterpillar has to “die” so that the butterfly can live. Jesus had to die so that we also may live. Feel free to print the card and give it away to whomever you like.
