To get the most out of the study, you should complete the work in the book before listening to the audio teaching each week. This week's podcast covers the homework found on page 46 of the workbook. It includes teaching on Ephesians 6:10-24, in which Paul closes out his letter to the believers in and around Ephesus with a powerful exhortation to stand firm in the face of overwhelming evil. He leaves them, and us, with a lasting image of suiting up to join int he spiritual fight against evil—and above all else—he calls them to stand firm.

If we are to stand firm in the face of overwhelming evil, we must gather strength from the Lord, wield his Word as a weapon, pray fervently, and love with an incorruptible love. May we be vessels of God's limitless love, grace, mercy and kindness. May we be ambassadors of light and harbingers of truth in a dark and broken world. And above all else, may we stand. Amen.

To get the most out of the study, you should complete the work in the book before listening to the audio teaching each week. This week's podcast covers the homework found on page 39 of the workbook. It includes teaching on Ephesians 5:22-6:9, in which Paul gives instructions to the Ephesians regarding right relationships in the household. He calls for believers to submit even the most intimate of relationships to the authority of Christ, which changes everything about the way we interact with others. A relationship with Christ should transform all other relationships, including those of marriage, family, and the workplace.

It is in our most intimate relationships that true character is revealed. The way we treat others speaks volumes about the type of people we are. In all of our relationships, we must choose between honoring God and honoring ourselves. What will it be for you?

To get the most out of the study, you should complete the work in the book before listening to the audio teaching each week. This week's podcast covers the homework found on page 32 of the workbook. It includes teaching on Ephesians 4:17-5:21, in which Paul continues his ethical exhortations to the believers in and around Ephesus. He issues a call for believers to be holy in all areas of life. The way we conduct ourselves in the world matters; we are to be other-worldly in our lifestyles, behavior, and ethics. When we do this, we reflect the ways of the Father to a watching world.

This kind of life is only possible through the Spirit's work in our minds, hearts, and lives. It's my prayer that the Spirit would work powerfully in each of us to transform us into the people that God created us to be.

To get the most out of the study, you should complete the work in the book before listening to the audio teaching each week. This week's podcast covers the homework found on page 25 of the workbook. It includes teaching on Ephesians 3:14-4:16, in which Paul encourages the Ephesians to be empowered, unified, and mature. Believers are called to live out the theology that Paul has been preaching in the previous chapters. If we truly believe the claims of the gospel, then our lives ought to reflect it. As we sink our roots into the great love of God and allow it to strengthen, nourish, and fill us, we will grow up into full maturity of faith.

To get the most out of the study, you should complete the work in the book before listening to the audio teaching each week. This week's podcast covers the homework found on page 18 of the workbook. It includes teaching on Ephesians 2:11-3:13, in which Paul describes how Christ has overcome racial and ethnic differences to bring peace between Jewish and Gentile believers. Those who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ, granted citizenship in the people of God, and allowed full access to the Father. In his sovereignty, God has been working out this plan of reconciliation through the ages, and now, through Christ Jesus, it is being fully realized, one believer at a time.
